Aaron has spent 3+ decades working across food categories domestically and internationally in food manufacturing for Fortune 500 and other nationally brands. He has over 25 years of extensive experience developing advocating for pet health, pet nutrition and food safety.

Megan brings 8 years of experience in research & development and product formulation in the food space and, specifically, five years in pet food formulation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science.

Dr. Brookshire studied veterinary medicine and, after practicing for 6 years, she left to pursue a career in the pet food industry. She founded North River Enterprises in 2007, a consulting firm that provides veterinary, nutritional and regulatory services for several pet food brands, including Natural Balance.
