Rice A superior rice grain with the nutrient-rich

| Puppies
can begin nibbling on moistened Natural Balance®
Ultra Premium Dog Food before they are weaned. From
six weeks to six months, feed three times a day.
You may want to add a small amount of Natural Balance®
Canned Dog Food for ease of feeding. The amount
of canned dog food can be gradually decreased as
the puppy matures. After six months, it is recommended
to feed twice daily.

The
Adult Adult dogs should be fed either once or twice
per day. When you first start feeding Natural Balance®
Ultra Premium Dry Formula, we suggest to start with
the amounts recommended in the Table. Energy requirements
vary with environmental conditions, temperature and
activity of your dog. The
amount of food should always be adjusted to suit your
dog’s needs.
Pregnant
Females (See Our Feeding

Minimal increase needed during first 6 weeks.
Weeks 7, 8, & 9 increase up to 25%.
Lactating

Immediately after whelping, the nutritional demand increases
by 50% compared to maintenance levels. Feed in 3 equal
meals per day.
Working
Dogs Based on the work your dog will be asked to
perform, the nutritional requirements will vary accordingly.
As the work load increases, the demand for protein and
fat increases proportionally. Dogs in hard training
will generally require twice the maintenance levels.
The
Older Dog As your dog begins to age, his energy
expenditure will decrease. Decreasing the amount of
food accordingly will allow for the maintenance of proper
body weight for less active dog. |

FEEDING
MANAGEMENT |
| We
recommend that you do not add vitamins, minerals or
any other supplements, except upon the advice of a veterinarian.
When switching your dog's diet, the change should be
made gradually, by replacing the current food with increasing
portions of Natural Balance® Ultra Premium dog food.
The change should be completed after 3 to 5 days. The
maintenance of proper body weight is most important
for your dog's health. Consult your veterinarian for
specific weight recommendations for your dog. Remember,
fresh clean water should be available at all times!

changed over to your dry food about 30 days ago. I have
been feeding my dogs Nutro Natural Choice and then Ultra
when they came out with that. They have been on Nutro
for 8 years. They had nice coats, but for the last year
I have been having to add more and more things to get
them to eat it. I use to buy your Natural Balance®
Dog Food Rolls for my dogs
that were in the show ring at the time so they would eat
and maintain a good weight level, as everyone loves the
meat roll. So I decided to go with your Natural
Balance Ultra Premium Dog Food and quit with
the Nutro and guessing of what I need to add in so they
will eat it. I must say in the last 30 days since my dogs
have been eating your food exclusively the coat has come
back so shiny and silky and my 10 year old lab has all
of her energy back again. All of the cavaliers are eating
just the dry and polishing off the bowl. I can't thank
you enough. I was so tired of trying to guess what I could
mix into there old food so they would want to eat it and
still they would pick out the goodies and leave the dog

you at Pet Depot with our french bulldog, Charlie. Once

just wanted to send a note to say how happy we are feeding
Natural Balance Ultra Premium Dog Food
to our two huskies and black lab. They have never looked
better or felt better. Our lab is 11yrs. and has energy
like a puppy. She plays all the time. We also have a female
husky, Anika, that has been battling a tumor and has been
very ill. We feel certain that feeding her this food has

I have 2 female beagles, aged 11 months and 13 years (Pixie
& Daisy). they both are fed your Natural Balance
Ultra Premium Dog Food & it really is great-the
results are obvious. Pixie has become a beautiful solid,13"
beagle. Daisy has shown amazing improvement in the past
9 months that we have been using Natural Balance. Daisy
was showing muscle atrophy & her coat was dull &
rough--the difference is amazing & she's more energetic
than she has been in years. I honestly can't thank you
enough. It was difficult deciding on what brand to feed
our pup-when I discovered that both dogs could eat the

sheltie, Elvis, has been on Natural Balance most of the
three years of his life. Over Christmas, I babysat a Bichon
for a friend of mine. She sent Kibble n Bits with her
and said to me that she doesn't eat dog food very well.
So, after two days of her dog not eating the food she
sent, I gave her dog some Natural Balance Ultra
Premium Dog Food and she devoured it and devoured
the Healthy
Bon0es treats. When it was time for her to
pick her dog up, I sent her home with some Ultra Premium
and Healthy Bones treats. She called me the other night
to ask where she could purchase it, so I gave her the
name of two local retailers. She said her dog couldn't
be happier!! My husband just brought home a bichon puppy
for our family, and guess what -- she loves the product
also. I can honestly say, that there is no other dog food
that I would recommend with so much enthusiasm as Natural
Balance. It is affordable, loved by dogs, and is so good
for my dogs. When I first brought Elvis home, he was on
Iams - yuck. The groomer was the one that suggested that
I feed Elvis Natural Balance due to his coat and skin.
