  Riki
is a 2 year-old silver and white parti havanese
male, and Daisy is a one year-old black and white
parti havanese female. Both love to do lots of tricks
and train in agility...which is made easier when
I use Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls
as bait when training. They love all the flavors.
Sometime they start rolling over when I am unwrapping
the package, anticipating their favorite treat.
For dry food they love the Duck and Potato and also
the Venison and Brown Rice. I'd like to try the
Sweet Potato and Fish next. I want to keep them
healthy, trim and active so they can run the course
with ease. They are very happy dogs and enjoy being
ambassadors of good will, doing tricks for children
while I talk to them about approaching small dogs
and respecting animals. I'd like them to be therapy
dogs, but they are too sweet and cannot pass the
section on not jumping on people! Ah well! The photos
are of my male, Riki. I'm still looking for photos
of Daisy in action...she goes so fast, she is often
a blur! My daughter Alana, who just turned nine,

would just like to start my story by saying congrats
to such a great dog food!!!! My 8-and-a-half year
old black lab was such a picky eater! It got so
bad, that I actually had to sit down on the floor
and feed him by hand. When feeding time came around
he would mope into the living room and lay down
on the floor and didn't have any interest at all
in eating. Now he even wakes me up in the morning
to get his (what I call it, "his new food")!
When he hears me say, "want your new food",
he gets all excited and even wags his tail while
he is waiting for me to prepare it. I am feeding
him the Natural Balance®
Ultra Premium Dog Food and I crumble
up the Natural Balance® Beef Dog Food
Roll over top. He is just in love with
the Dog Food Roll! My other 2 dogs, my golden and
my pug/terrier mix also love it, and the best part
about it, and what I love is, that I know I am feeding
a great all natural food and can feed my age disoriented
gang on the same bag of food. My household has a
senior dog, puppy and 5 year old, so it is also
a great relief to me, that I now only have to deal
with the one bag of food. I used to have to feed
a bag of large breed senior, a bag of large breed
adult maintenance and also a bag of small breed
puppy. 3 bags of food, who needs that?? And not
to mention it was junk food to boot! They also love
the different varieties of canned food, which they
get over their dry food at dinner time. I have recently
done some research on good quality dog food, and
when asking around, seemed to notice a large number
of people feeding the Natural Balance, which gave
me some insight on how popular it was! This was
not just regular dog owners, but trainers, breeders
and pet food retailers as well. Keep up the great

I can't believe it... how I wish I had know about
your Natural Balance®
Dog Food Rolls 11 years ago... we have
the cutest and fussiest Bichon named Dolly... no
matter what we have tried over the years she was
just the pickiest eater... I happened to be at Petco
two weeks ago to purchase something else and at
the checkout counter were these little trial rolls
of your dog food. I thought, what the heck, I've
tried just about everything else for a buck I'll
try these and purchased the Lamb Roll. I am AMAZED!!
She loves the food and actually comes crying to
me that she wants to be fed! This is truly a wonderful
thing because I always stressed over her terrible
eating habits and now I feel so secure in knowing
that she is getting the proper nutrition! I mix
it with dry and she, of course, eats the Lamb Roll
and leaves the dry, but by the end of the day she
even goes back and eats the dry! Wow, I can't thank
you enough for your terrific products... now I am
going to go back and buy the trial pkg. of Beef
and Turkey and see how she reacts to those! Bravo!!

have a nine year old black Labrador Retriever that
we rescued when she was five. This is the first
Lab we've owned and have had a difficult time finding
food she likes. We've tried many different brands
and many different methods of preparation including
adding water to make it softer and more palatable
for her (soupy). If left dry in her bowl, she would
never touch it. This was an on-going problem as
she would beg for table food. We went to our local
Petco still searching for the right food for Sheba.
As we walked up the aisle, we encountered Sherry
Robb. Sherry provided so much information that no
one else has ever provided and, believe us, we've
asked everyone. We didn't feel pushed to try the
product she was presenting but the information was
so compelling that we purchased a large bag as well
as a large Beef Dog Food Roll (and
were fortunate enough to use coupons that Sherry
gave us). It was worth another try. Sheba loves
her new dog cuisine - dry - no extra preparation
required (no more soups). Now she drinks fresh water
out of her dish instead of mixed with her food.
Now let's talk the food rolls. We can't even begin
to tell you how much she loves the food rolls. When
we take the roll out of the refrigerator, she has
a sixth sense and comes running before it's even
opened. The only time she's ever done that is for
Omaha Steak dog treats. Thank you for such a wonderful
product and we would like to take this opportunity
to thank Sherry Robb for her patience, answering
all of our questions, and being in the right place
at the right time. They say you can't teach an old
dog new tricks - but we did with Natural Balance.

rescued Donovan and Rex. Both are Chihuahua Terrier
mixes, very different in personality, but they have
one thing in common, they hated any dog food I bought.
They refused to eat for days. I tried every single
brand on the market with no success. Because they
refused to eat any dog food, wet or dry, I would
end up making them fresh chicken, rice, beef. This
was very time consuming. Then a friend of mine said
she would watch them one weekend while I was away.
I had brought their prepared chicken and rice with
vegetables so they would eat. Upon my return I asked
if all went well. She said yes, except for dinner
time. She had a very ill Yorkie with a heart defect
and numerous other health problems. When she put
his food down on the floor, there was a fight. Both
Rex and Donovan went for the food. Scottie, her
dog, had to fight them off from eating her dinner.
I was shocked. They had never shown any interest
in any dog food before. I immediately went out and
bought the Natural Balance®
Turkey Dog Food Roll, and to my
surprise, they both finished their bowls and wanted
more. Now that is all they eat. The dry food, the
canned food, the treats. Their weight is better,
the vet said their health is excellent. Thank you
Natural Balance. Now I don't worry that my dogs

running when it's dinner time. It has also stopped
their begging when I eat my dinner. A win-win for

rescue dog, Bo. We adopted him in May from Laurel
Kinder’s Rescue – he is a Maltese/shi
Tzu mix, partially blind and just a lover of little
guy!! He had a bit of a rough transition –

 Our
two "kids," Skoshi and Digit, have to
be the pickiest eaters on the planet. Both of these
wonderful creatures adopted us. Skoshi is now 14
years old. She came to us from across the street
as a 1 1/2 year old neglected little girl. Digit,
who is 6, would dig out of his back yard and come
racing to our house, about a block away. Digit was
finally given to us--his owners recognized that
he wanted to live with us. Thank God we've found
Natural Balance dog food!!! We have been trying
all the "gourmet" brands, and others
found only in pet stores. We threw away more expensive
dog food than was eaten by Skoshi & Digit. Not
until we tried your product did we have clean bowls
after dinnertime. We went to Petco today to buy
more of the Turkey Dog Food Rolls (their absolute
favorite). A rep for one of the other dog food companies
encouraged us to try a can of their premium food.
So, we did. We mixed some of their "beef stew"
with your Turkey Dog Food Rolls . Skoshi & Digit
carefully ate all of the turkey, leaving the canned
food behind. We've learned our lesson!! We'll not

 I
recently enrolled my dog in an obedience class at
Animal Friends here in Pgh. I was told to bring
a treat that my dog liked to reward her during the
class. I forgot to take the bag of treats with and
was glad to see that they had a bowl of treats for
people like me. I took some and since Sunshine is
a picky eater, I though she's not going to eat them.
To my surprise, I have never seen her react to treats
or any type of dog food like she did to those treats.
She actually listened to me just to get another
treat. The trainer had given the name of the treats
and how they were good for the dog. I didn't catch
the name at that time, so at the end of the session,
I asked. As you can guess, they were the Natural

pieces. I went directly to there gift shop and bought
a roll of each flavor. I am now going to change

canned food. I have given some of the treats to
friends with dog and they are also amazed at how

just wanted to let you know how much my four-year-old
golden retriever, Norman, LOVES your beef roll.
Norman has undergone six months of chemotherapy
for lymphoma and has developed severe food aversions.
It got to the point where he wouldn't even eat the
chicken I would cook for him. I tried every kind
of dog food, but he didn't like anything. I bought
a roll of your food last week in my continual search
to find something he would eat and something I felt
OK feeding him. Now, Norman truly thinks he is eating
a bowl full of "cookies". He seems to feel great
too. It certainly relieves some stress in our lives

beloved 11 year old Basset Hound Molly is almost
at the end of an intensive chemotherapy protocol
for lymphoma. Her appetite is often diminished a
day or so following the chemo. I recently purchased
a Natural Balance Turkey Roll from our local Petco
as well as a bag of dried food. After this past
week of chemo the turkey roll was the ONLY thing
she would eat. The next day she was wagging her
tail and barking for her food and biscuits again.

Dear
Mr. Hansen, On the morning of June 21, our Griffin
had been seriously injured and... was about dead.
His gums were snow white, even his wounds were pale
in color. Our vet could not believe he was still
alive, and... [after treating him], thought it looked
like he had tangled with a bear. (Some of our neighbors
had reported seeing a black bear earlier that week.)
Once I got Griffin home, I tried to get him to eat
and drink. He would not drink, but did eat a slice
of Natural Balance Beef Roll. Later that afternoon,
he drank a little water and ate more of the Roll.
Griffin continued to eat just the Beef Roll until
[a few days later], when he started eating his Natural
Balance dry food... [Later that week], I took Griffin
back to see the vet. She could not believe it was
the same dog. She admitted she wasn't really sure
he'd pull through. I told her that I had hand-fed
your Roll for three days until he started to eat
on his own. That is also how I hid his antibiotics
for twenty days. Griffin is pretty much back to
his old self. When he's tired, he holds his bad
leg, but other than that, he's great. Mr. Hansen,
thank you again for introducing me to your products.
